Can you introduce yourself and tell us a bit about your background?

My Name is Muthaura Stephanie,20yrs old. Born in Meru county, In imenti North Ntima West Ward,in a Village Called Kiambogo.I am the First Born in a family of three . I am a student Pursuing Journalism and Mass Communication, Also a vocalist and a Worship Minister .I have had the privilege to serve with different Teams and Ministers ;Revival Society led by Minister Charles Finney and of course Worship Culture founded by Minister Stephen Mutinda I have grown up in Meru county studied at Arimi Senior School and later on Joined Makuri Girls High School Located in Tharaka Nithi County

How did you get started in your career?

Singing has been a part of my life ever since I was a kid. Of course being brought up in a Christian family we used to go to church and that's where I actively started singing.

What has been the highlight of your career so far?

I've been part of several singing groups in Meru. In 2022, I worked in a studio as a background vocal in Meru while waiting to join University, Been part of Revival worship society activities (worship experiences), Worship Culture 2023 and other worship events.

What are some of the challenges you faced along the way, and how did you overcome them?

My biggest Challenge and it's a challenge I'm facing till date is lack of support and discouragement especially from people very close to me. You know, I need them to BELIEVE in me, I need them to have faith in me and of course what I do.

Are there any particular projects or roles that have been especially meaningful to you?

Yes, Yes!!! I'm glad to have played a role during Worship Culture 2023 as a Background Vocal(Bv), also in Revival Worship Season 1.

What is your biggest accomplishment that you're most proud of?

Being part of Worship culture 2023,and Revival Worship Season 1.

Who or what has been your biggest inspiration?

Every day of my life I remember the wise words form my grandpa sir Charles. I must say they push me to working even harder My mom Fridah K and My dad Samuel M Mr Mwiti Alois I salute you sir 💯

What keeps you motivated in your work?

The hunger to achieve & The Desire to Become what I'm always yearning to be.

How do you handle criticism and setbacks?

When you have been criticized, your gut reaction may be to defend your actions or intentions. Try to listen before you speak. Take a deep breath. Speaking without listening could escalate the situation. If the other person does not feel like they have been heard, they may get even more frustrated and make it more difficult to come to a resolution. It takes courage to listen. Listen to learn and understand. The better you understand where the person is coming from, the better you will be able to address the situation. People recognize leaders by how well they listen for understanding.

How do you balance your personal life with your career?

Of course Monday to Friday I do school and ministry during weekends so it's easy to handle

What do you like to do in your free time?

Singing, writing

Is there a particular hobby or interest that you enjoy outside of your work?

•Writing •Photography • Motivational speaking

What advice would you give to aspiring individuals who want to pursue a career similar to yours?

Make sure you’re Violent when it comes to chasing Dreams. Do what you love and give your best always. Do not be discouraged by small matters; Life has up and Downs, success is not for the faint-hearted, it is for the BOLD. Keep on moving no matter the kind of challenges you face

I'm looking forward to making a positive impact to each individual that comes in my life .❤️

I see a Great Woman Arising

Best piece of advice you've ever received?

Don't spend more hours wishing, take action and use what you have. You have GREATNESS within you. Knowing where you are going and knowing how to get there will expedite the process to get there. From my late Grandfather Sir Charles Baker M
