Can you introduce yourself and tell us a bit about your background?

My real names are Naeku Lenareu a 25-year-old Samburu girl. Born and went to school in Maralal. Samburu County.

How did you get started in your career?

I recorded my first song in the year 2020.It was a bit tough since it was my first time but I thank God it has been smooth going forward.

What has been the highlight of your career so far?

What are some of the challenges you faced along the way, and how did you overcome them?

Being far from my producers. Sometimes traveling becomes a bit hard

Are there any particular projects or roles that have been especially meaningful to you?

Yes. Doing 'Meme' cover really boosted my career. That song gave me a lot of opportunities and it has taken me places. Samburu people love their music and that's why it did well.

What is your biggest accomplishment that you're most proud of?

My music being played all over Samburu it's not something small. I'm proud

Who or what has been your biggest inspiration?

Hon. Sen. Hezena Lemaletian. She has been since I was a little girl. I've seen her grow from a little shy village girl to a bold respected girl she has always dreamed of becoming. She is my number one supporter and my biggest fun. I'm a go getter because I admire how she gets whatever she desires to have. I admire her hard work.

What keeps you motivated in your work?

The love I receive from my fans and my family and the positive outcome.

How do you handle criticism and setbacks?

I take them as encouragement. People hate good things. And when you're not doing something good, trust me no one notices that you exist.

How do you balance your personal life with your career?

I find, create time for everything.

What do you like to do in your free time?

Watching movies

Is there a particular hobby or interest that you enjoy outside of your work?

Yes. Dancing

What advice would you give to aspiring individuals who want to pursue a career similar to yours?

Everything is possible as long as you believe in yourself.

What upcoming projects or ventures are you excited about?

A Cover I'm working on with producer Shammah and Director Bless them. I can't wait.

Where do you see yourself in the future, both personally and professionally?

Doing collaborations with my favourite Artist.
